Our Way Of Health & Life

At Restore Wellness Studio, we believe in the power of intentional healing—where touch meets transformation, and care is customized to the individual. Our mission is to help clients move from discomfort and pain into relief, restoration, and long-term well-being through therapeutic massage and skincare.

Every service is thoughtfully designed to address your unique needs. Whether you're seeking relief from physical pain, emotional stress, or just looking to maintain a feel-good, balanced body—our team is here to guide your journey with skill, compassion, and care.

What started as a small neighborhood practice has grown into a thriving studio in the heart of the community, built on word-of-mouth, real results, and a relentless commitment to our clients’ wellness.

“When I first visited Restore Wellness for a massage over a year ago I was experiencing daily pain and discomfort. I work from home and spend way too much time behind the keyboard. Stephanie has taken the time to understand my conditions and to recommend specific exercises that I can do from home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the human muscular system and brings real science to her craft. I can't recommend her enough.”

Meet the Team

Anna Morin

Anna Morin

  • I’m a licensed massage therapist with more than 15 years of experience and formal training from Parker University School of Massage Therapy. Each session is highly customized to my client’s needs and designed to truly improve their wellness, no matter their goals, thanks to my wide breadth of training in modalities like prenatal massage, sports massage, Thai massage, deep tissue, dry cupping, pediatric massage, and advanced stretching.

When I started Restore Wellness Studio, it was intended to be a solo practice. But after three years of seeing my community’s needs, I hired an incredibly caring and skilled team and expanded our space, transforming the business into a full-service wellness studio that’s committed to high-quality, client-focused care.

Outside of the studio, I enjoy strength training, spending time with my family, and relaxing with my two dogs. Whether it’s through continued learning, intentional rest, or meaningful connection, I believe wellness is a lifestyle that extends far beyond the treatment room.

Stephanie Gonzalez

Stephanie Gonzalez

  • I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2016, and it’s truly rewarding to help my clients feel better in their bodies—whether it’s relief from chronic tension or improved mobility. I especially appreciate working with clients who are open to integrating cupping and assisted stretching into their sessions, as these tools often enhance the overall effectiveness of treatment.

There’s nothing more satisfying than witnessing the transformation from how someone feels when they walk in to how they feel after a session.

Outside of the studio, I enjoy spending time outdoors, connecting with family, and continually working on becoming the best version of myself—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Ana Salazar

Ana Salazar

  • My name is Ana Salazar, and I’m a 45-year-old massage therapist originally from Mexico City. I began my journey in healing after moving to Texas in 1998 and discovering my passion for anatomy and therapeutic touch while working at Garza Chiropractic. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to learning and helping others through massage.

I studied at the Roosevelt Institute and have deepened my skills over the years with continuing education in reflexology, therapeutic stretching, and traditional Mexican medicine. In 2022, I proudly earned an Advanced Athletic Medical and Recovery Massage certification from Parker University.

With more than two decades of experience in caregiving and bodywork—including 24 years in residential services—I bring not only technical expertise but also empathy, attention to detail, and a deeply rooted passion for holistic healing. I now practice massage independently, blending modern therapeutic techniques with cultural wisdom to provide effective and personalized care to every client.

Wendy Mariscal

  • My name is Wendy Mariscal, and although I officially became a licensed massage therapist in 2024, my journey started long before that. After years of working on family and friends, I discovered a true passion for helping others feel better through the power of touch. That fulfillment and joy led me to pursue massage therapy as a career.

Using my hands to bring relief and comfort to those around me fills me with purpose, and I’m excited to continue growing and learning in this field.

Outside of the studio, I love spending time with my family and dogs, exploring new places through travel, experimenting in the kitchen, and relaxing with good music. I believe balance and joy in life reflect in the care I give to each client.

Our Approach

At Restore Wellness Studio, we’re committed to long-term, results-driven care.

We strive to partner with clients who are open to understanding that true wellness—whether through massage therapy or skincare—requires time, consistency, and commitment.

Our approach is not about quick fixes. While we absolutely want clients to feel immediate relief and visible results, the most impactful changes come with ongoing care, education, and trust in the process.

We also warmly welcome those who are new to massage therapy or skincare but are curious to learn, grow, and feel the life-changing benefits of routine care. Our mission is to support every client—wherever they are in their journey—with education, intention, and heart.
